How Pricing Works
Clear, straightforward pricing for homeowners, landlords, & local businesses — with no hidden costs. Your labour charge covers professional time on site, use of tools & equipment, set-up & protection, tidying up, plus the everyday business costs that keep the service reliable (including fuel/petrol, van running costs, insurance, & overheads etc).
• Hourly rate: £60 (covers the first hour & minimum charge)
• After the first hour: charged in 30-minute blocks at £22.50 per half hour.
• Half day: £165 (up to 4 hours on site)
• Full day: £265 (up to 8 hours on site)
How pricing works
Small jobs are charged at the £60 minimum. Longer jobs are priced hourly or as a half day / full day booking depending on the scope, so your time is protected & the work can be completed efficiently.
Materials, parking, & any disposal charges are charged separately where applicable, with costs explained upfront as part of the quote.
